How would you go about writing an Ashtanga book?
What would you include, what leave out?
How much depth would you go in to?
I find I still go back to John Scott's book, David Swenson's too obviously, and I was looking through Gregor's Primary just this afternoon. 240 pages looks healthy enough, John Scott's is 140 pages but the pictures are small, Gregor's runs to 300.
The power, POWER of Ashtanga Yoga, interesting to find the P word in the title, was that the publishers again I wonder?
